This month has been all about boosting my immune system, ready for winter down here in the Southern Hemisphere. The last couple of recipes I’ve posted have been all about strengthening your body with food as medicine, and I have a few more in the coming weeks – I hope you’ve been enjoying them so far. If you’re heading into spring, it doesn’t mean you can’t nurture you’re immune system… The change of seasons can really knock about your body, regardless of whether it’s warming up or cooling down.
